Introduction:
Integrity is a state of being honest and having strong moral principle. It is an unimpaired condition of moral soundness; and, the quality of being complete or undivided.

 

 

 

 

Integrity means what a person says and what he or she does are the same, the results are consistent. Unfortunately, integrity is a scare commodity in the present day society and a person of integrity is sometimes seen as a social deviant or non-conformist.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why Is Integrity Important?

 

 

 

 
1. Integrity is the first key to greatness. Genesis 17:1

 

 
2. Integrity builds trust. Matthew 5:33-37

 

 

 
3. Integrity is what determines the efficiency and effectiveness of a person. Acts 6:3

 

 

 
4. Integrity facilitates high standard

 

 

 

 
5. Integrity results in a solid reputation. It never disappoints. Acts 13:1-2

 

 

 
6. Integrity helps a person to be credible, not just clever

 

 

 
Conclusion:
Integrity is a skill that requires constant maintenance. It is a seed that must be constantly watered and not neglected. It is something that a person builds and maintains during a lifetime.
