It is time for the Body of Christ to enter its colorful destiny and one sure way to do so is to lead in the marketplace with a Christian worldview. So, how can one succeed in the marketplace?

▪️Enthrone learning in your business: [Ecclesiastes 10:10; Proverbs 22:29; Hosea 4:6]
According to American author and physician Oliver Wendell Holmes, “Man’s mind once stretched by a new idea never regains its original dimensions”. So, develop an appetite for learning because curiosity or finding things out are essential for a man’s growth, including spiritual growth. Grasp the broader context. Every organization has a purpose. Find the link between your world and the purpose of your organization. Learning helps to elevate your personal standard of quality. You must read because thinking is on the move. Beyond that, understand the “drivers” in your line of business and write them down. Think outside your office. Every job exists in a wider context. Find out how your job or what you do affects others. Learn from your mistakes, but don’t get stuck with them. Learn something from your competitors even if what you are learning is why you are ahead of them.
▪️Enthrone merit: [2 Thessalonians 3:10; Proverbs 22:29]
If you are negotiating, declare what you have to offer; in the marketplace, this is not being immodest. The market rewards your skills and not the time you spend there. The market pays for your skills and not for your needs. Successful tasks make successful days which in turn make a successful life. Also, don’t settle for rookies and lose out; doing so would be being penny wise and pound foolish. Instead, use the services of experts where need be.
In conclusion, the world is going into the last days of darkness. Light shines best when surrounded by darkness. As you make a move to still succeed this year, you will make waves in the name of Jesus.
