Serve like Jesus

Serve like Jesus
John 1:14 “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we
have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father,
full of grace and truth.”
Jesus, the Word, 100% God, steps out of heaven, takes on the
flesh of humankind, and enters our world. Jesus willingly sets
aside His divine rights. Have the same attitude as that of Jesus:
He made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness. Philippians 2:5-7

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

May the grace the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen!

  28. When you are born again you have Jesus in you. It is no longer i that lives but Christ in me. So what he did on earth he now does it through me. As he served, we learn by example and serve. Jesus said i do only that which i see my father in heaven does therefore when you have Jesus you do what Jesus did.

  29. Thank you for your message Bummyla, it helps us to remember that Jesus had this attitude because He was indwelt by The Holy Spirit who He was concieved by, we too are indwelt and sealed by The Holy Spirit when we are perfected in Love but it is our choice as it was Jesus’ to say not my will but yours be done Heavenly Father.

When we have God’s Nature, His seed, when we have the mind of Christ, when we have put our evil flesh Nature to death, when we are perfected in Love and Born again, we will always want to serve God, no one will have to tell us to do so, instead it will be our heart focus and God will equip us to do them and knowing we will choose to, He will prepare in advance the good works He wants us to do.

2 Timothy 2:20-21 But in a great House there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the Master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

God bless you greatly Bummyla and your Loved ones now and always.

Christian Love from both of us – Anne
